I hope you're all having a great experience with your devices! I've encountered a technical issue with my M1 Intercom and would greatly appreciate your insights and advice.
Issue Description:
My M1 Wireless Intercom system has been working flawlessly for the past few months, but recently, I've noticed an intermittent connectivity problem between the units. Sometimes, the units fail to establish a connection, and I'm unable to communicate with other users. This inconsistency is frustrating, especially as the system has been quite reliable until now.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
I've tried a few troubleshooting steps to diagnose and resolve the issue:
Checked power sources: Ensured that all units have a sufficient power supply and that they are properly charged.
Rebooted units: I've tried turning off and on all the M1 units to see if it resolves the issue temporarily, but it doesn't seem to have a lasting effect.
Checked for interference: I've examined the area for potential sources of interference, such as other wireless devices, but couldn't find any significant interference sources.
