can't read the Lark Max transmitter from iphone

hello everyones
if i connect the transmittter (micro with stuff in it) directly to the iphone, i can't see it (should appear as a storage media).
my next question is about to update the box. it does'n work. i can't open the programm on my mac.

somebody can help?
