Does Cosmo C1 support 23.98/29.9 video?

If you use hdmi input with 1080p 23.98/29.9, can you get 1080p 23.98/29.9 video output on cosmo c1 receiver?

I also have these Hollyland 400s Pro, I'm very happy with them.
But as you say, the latency is low.... but it is present and I find it visible.
Do you have other transmitters and receivers with less range but even lower latency?
