Solidcom SE Global USB-C Headphone Issue

We are enjoying our set of Solidcom SE Globals, but can't get the USB-C headphones feature to work. It's shown on the website, but we've tried a handful of different USB-C and 3.5mm headphones and adapters with no success. What do we need to get that working?
We have the SE Global 4s 2.4ghz kit

We have a construction shoot next week requiring hard hats so we were counting on being able to use headphones for our comms.

I can't find any information about this online. Thanks!

On the website there is an annotation that it works only with Hollyland usb-c to 3.5 jack adapter. It's now on amazon but currently not in hollyland store. But it's not true really. As one youtuber said usb-c output gives audio in analog so you can use regular usb-c to 3.5 adapters but only those without DAC chip because those use digital audio as input. I think you used one of those and that's because it didn't work for you. I used non-branded analog one and it worked for me.
