Tally lights are huge disappointment

Ordered the wireless tally light system and it dosen't work. Can't get it to connect to ANYTHING, even the app to update firmware. Seeing a lot of complaints online as well so I assume it's not just me. The real problem is Hollyland has no customer support, I have been calling and emailing for a week and no response. Sending the unit back for a refund and will never buy from Hollyland again, waste of money and time.
