LarkSound app doesn’t work

the LarkSound app (on iPhone) doesn’t recognize the “camera” receiver
I got the Lark Max 2, the “solo” option (which comes with 1 transmitter (mic), and 1 “camera” receiver) . the receiver simply won’t be recognized by the LarkSound app, even though it’s plugged in to the iPhone


anybody got this to work?
