My Mac doesn't read Hollyland Lark Max

My Mac doesn't read Hollyland Lark Max when I connect it to the computer to access the files recorded on the mcirophones.

I've already tried connecting the transmitter and the microphones themselves via USB-C, but I was unsuccessful.

I also tried the Larsound app on the iPhone but it didn't recognize it when I connected my Lark Max either.

Can anyone help me?
