Connecting Lark Max to the LarkSound App

Greeting everyone.


I just purchased the Lark Max mic set and really like it a lot. I would like to tweak some of the receiver parameters. I installed the LarkSound app onto my MacBook and also my iPad. My mics are both turned on and have been paired succefully to the receiver and the receiver indicates it's picking up audio.

I need detailed instructions on getting the app to recognise the receiver so I can make the parameter adjustments to the receiver. Currently as shown in my screenshot, the app is not recognising the receiver which means I have missed one or more required steps in allowing the app to recognise the receiver. This happens on both my MacBook as well as my iPad.

All help will be appreciated.

From what I could tell, I think it wants you to plug the receiver into your device to make the connection.
