Trigger safety track from camera's rec button?

I have a Hollyland Lark Max. I want uncompressed WAV files (like the backup track) to use when I edit my vlog videos. Currently to get the backup track I have to click record on the transmitter (microphone). I don't want to do that. I want to trip the record on the transmitter (microphone) via the shutter button on my camera. Is there a way to do this? I think Sony brings out a audio record trigger in the hotshoe... But I'm not sure how to link that to the receiver / record feature on the Lark Max.
