This wireless system is amazing. First, you have a charging box and two transmitters that if you are recording one person at a time, will easily get you through a day of shooting. Along with this, I personally prefer to use the safety track feature and use one mic and that way you can record and have a -6db backup track if you peak the main track. Really, this solves most of the problems recording directly into a DSLR.
Also, with the current state of production, this is a good choice to use with zoom. Using the built in mic with the lapel you don't have to wire up so you can avoid having a mic in your face and you are not tethered to a specific location. Clip the transmitter to a laptop and plug it in to the mic port and you're set.
The small size of the transmitters and receivers has to be seen in person to really believe it. They are all tiny and perfect for using with your camera of choice and won't add much weight to the gimbal.
The value for the money is well beyond any of its competitors and that's coming from someone that has used Sennheiser wireless mics for years.
